Softball Recap: Pace Academy Wins Going Away Against Creekside + How To Watch

Pace Academy had won three straight at home, but on Tuesday they bumped up to 5-3 to make it four. Everything went their way against the Creekside Seminoles as they made off with a 19-1 win. Considering the Knights have won four matchups by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Creekside, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. They haven't had much luck with Pace Academy recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

For Creekside's part, Rhianna Weaver made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 1-for-1 with three stolen bases and one run. Weaver is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pace Academy will square off against Mays at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Raiders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 21.71 runs per game on average), something the Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Creekside, they will be playing at home against Forest Park at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
