Softball Recap: Stroud Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pawhuska, Stroud was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Quapaw Wildcats 3-2.

Stroud's victory bumped their record up to 7-23. As for Quapaw, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.

Stroud wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 19-2 defeat against Pawhuska on the 26th. As for Quapaw, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bluejacket at 6:00 p.m. on November 21.
