Softball Recap: Southwest Georgia STEM Charter Takes a Loss

If Southwest Georgia STEM Charter was riding high fresh off their 19-4 takedown of Randolph-Clay on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Aggies came up short against the Miller County Pirates on Thursday, falling 15-3. The matchup marked the Aggies' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Southwest Georgia STEM Charter's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Miller County, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

Looking ahead, Southwest Georgia STEM Charter will venture away from home to square off against Deerfield-Windsor at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Miller County, they will host Early County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
