There's no place like home for Treutlen, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the East Laurens Falcons on Thursday, sneaking past 10-9. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Vikings have posted since April 10, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Brylan Ikner, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Acie Dickens, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.
