Meadowbrook Christian skates past Belleville Mennonite with ease

In what's become a running theme this season, Meadowbrook Christian gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They breezed by Belleville Mennonite on the road to the tune of 48-21. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-8.

Meadowbrook Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kailey Devlin, who scored nine points along with six steals and five assists. Devlin hasn't dropped below two steals for nine straight games. Alayna Smith was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds and two steals.

The victory (which was Meadowbrook Christian's fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-1. As for Belleville Mennonite, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.

Meadowbrook Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against North Penn-Liberty at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Belleville Mennonite, they will head out on the road to take on Fannett Metal at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
