After failing to score in their last contest, Centennial made sure to put some goals up on the board against Corona on Wednesday. They blew past the Corona Panthers 5-0. Considering the Huskies have won six games by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Corona with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kaycee Smalley (2), Brystal Albright (2), and Isabella Alarcon.

Centennial's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 10-5-2. As for Corona, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-6-2 record this season.

Centennial and King will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Corona, they will square off against Roosevelt at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Roosevelt is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season.
