St. Joseph's Academy came tearing into Friday's matchup with ten straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Pope John Paul II Jaguars. The Redstickers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Jaguars, too.

While St. Joseph's Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-22.

Despite the loss, Pope John Paul II still got an impressive performance from Allynah Lazard, who had nine digs.
