Soccer Recap: Thousand Oaks' Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Thousand Oaks lost against Warren on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Thousand Oaks Lancers fell just short of the Warren Bears by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Lancers have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Maddie Linville, who's now up to 14 this season.

Thousand Oaks' defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-9. As for Warren, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-3.

Thousand Oaks has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Foothill on the 4th. As for Warren, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against La Costa Canyon on the 4th.
