Baseball Recap: KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Comes Up Short

KIPP Atlanta Collegiate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Mt. Zion Eagles, falling 16-1. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 22-1 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

KIPP Atlanta Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Mt. Zion, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

While KIPP Atlanta Collegiate had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
