Football Recap: Mohawk Area's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Mohawk Area won the last time they faced Riverside and things went their way on Friday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 35-24. The win was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won three contests in a row.

Mohawk Area's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bobby Fadden led the charge by throwing for 224 yards and three touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes, and also rushing for 52 yards and a pair of scores. Fadden also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because the Warriors are 3-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 2-4 otherwise. Joe Nail was another key player, picking up 67 receiving yards and three TDs.

The victory got Mohawk Area back to even at 5-5. As for Riverside, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-5.

As of now, neither Mohawk Area nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
