Baseball Recap: Alpharetta Comes Up Short

Alpharetta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 8-4 to North Forsyth. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against North Forsyth this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 last Tuesday.

Alpharetta's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for North Forsyth, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-10.

While Alpharetta had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
