Volleyball Recap: Juan Diego Catholic Takes a Loss

Juan Diego Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the East Thunderbirds. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Soaring Eagle of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Juan Diego Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for East, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Juan Diego Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Rock Springs on the 6th. As for East, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Star Valley on the 6th.
