Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Orange Beach). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Northview Chiefs 61-21. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Makos with their most commanding win of the season.

Northview's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brysin Orso, who posted six points in addition to seven boards and three blocks. Nate Duffy was another key player, putting up five points and four steals.

Orange Beach now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Northview, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Orange Beach didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 46-17 win against West Blocton on the 22nd. As for Northview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 55-27 loss against Bayshore Christian on the 1st.
