Madonna had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bridgeport Bulldogs. The Blue Dons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Madonna was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 23-25, 25-11, 25-9.

Geena Birkhimer paced Madonna's offense, picking up 11 kills. Birkhimer got some help from Sophie Brady and her 28 assists. Rylee Birkhimer controlled things from the service line, finishing with 12 aces.

Madonna's win bumped their record up to 7-3-1. As for Bridgeport, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Madonna wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Toronto on the 8th. Bridgeport has also already played their next contest (against Frontier), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
