Softball Recap: Johns Creek Takes a Loss

Johns Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 15-2 to the Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes.

Johns Creek saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Audrey Lafon, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run.

Johns Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Monroe Area, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Johns Creek will be playing in front of their home fans against Flowery Branch at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Monroe Area, they will challenge Houston County at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
