St. Francis Borgia barely beat Lutheran the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 10-4 victory on Thursday. Considering the Knights have won four contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for St. Francis Borgia and bumps their season record up to 5-1. As for Lutheran, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Francis Borgia will welcome Kirkwood at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lutheran, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against St. Pius X at 4:30 p.m.
