Righetti lost against Clovis East back in February of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Righetti Warriors fell just short of the Clovis East Timberwolves by a score of 41-39. The Warriors' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Righetti's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Clovis East, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Righetti will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Arroyo Grande at 6:30 p.m. on January 10, 2025. Clovis East will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against Hoover at 6:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
