Baseball Recap: Drew Comes Up Short

Drew extended their losing streak to 11 on Friday, dropping them down to 4-12. They lost 20-1 to the Mays Raiders. If Drew was looking for revenge after losing 15-0 to Mays when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Mays, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9-1. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

For Mays' part, they got a massive performance out of Amarion Robinson, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases Robinson has posted since March 2nd. Damien Bland was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base.

While Drew had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:55 p.m. on Monday.
