Basketball Recap: Rocklin Comes Up Short

Rocklin lost against Del Oro back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rocklin Thunder took a 46-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Del Oro Golden Eagles. The match marked the Thunder's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Rocklin is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8. As for Del Oro, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Rocklin will face off against St. Francis at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Del Oro, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against McNair at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
