Basketball Recap: Central Takes Down Bodine in a Playoff Battle

It's playoff time, and Central had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on Bodine with a sharp 46-22 victory on Tuesday. The Lancers haven't had any issues with Bodine recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Senya Gaines-Ditto led the charge by putting up ten points along with seven assists and three steals. The dominant performance gave Gaines-Ditto a new career-high in assists. Another player making a difference was Sofia Meer, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 boards.

Central now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Bodine, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7.
