Carl Junction was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Branson on Tuesday. The Bulldogs blew past the Pirates 10-2. With that win, the Bulldogs brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Carl Junction's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Branson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carl Junction will head out to challenge Monett at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Branson, they will take on Marshfield at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
