Softball Game Preview: Dade County Wolverines vs. Lamar County Trojans

For the second straight game, Dade County will face off against Lamar County. The Wolverines will venture away from home to challenge the Trojans at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Dade County's pitching crew has only allowed 1.8 runs per game this season, so Lamar County's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Dade County is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Lamar County just ended the team's 12-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 8-7.

Dade County's defeat dropped their record down to 28-5. As for Lamar County, their victory bumped their record up to 24-5.
