Soccer Game Preview: Ukiah vs. Windsor

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Ukiah duke it out with the Windsor at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday... Ukiah is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.

Ukiah will bounce into Thursday's matchup after beating Cardinal Newman, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. Ukiah was the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over Cardinal Newman on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Meanwhile, there was early excitement for Windsor after they claimed the first goal on Tuesday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of Maria Carrillo by a score of 2-1.

Ukiah has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those six matches. As for Windsor, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-3-4.
