Joaquin Acuna has been named player of the year. "Throughout the season, Joaquin demonstrated an unwavering commitment to challenge each and every one of his opponents. As a lone forward, he was relentless in his intensity, hunger, and competitive energy, demanding the best if himself and his teammates at all times. Not only did he lead our team in both goals (8) and points (19), but he also finished 3rd in the League for goals scored, as well as total points. Despite being a freshman, Joaquin has demonstrated consistently that he can compete with the best players in the league, and earned All League Honors.
