Maryland High School Baseball - Springbrook loses to Churchill
In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Churchill Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 15-5 victory over the Springbrook Blue Devils.
The Bulldogs (4-9) will now prepare for their game against Whitman (Bethesda, MD). The Vikings enter the Montgomery County 4A - West battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Whitman topped Montgomery (Rockville, MD), 13-2, in a league battle.
The Blue Devils now sport a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they host Johnson for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 30. Springbrook will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-5.
