The Frederick Cadets basketball team (Frederick, MD), was nudged 68-64 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Tuscarora Titans (Frederick, MD)

The Titans now possess a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walkersville for a MVAL - Piedmont contest on Tuesday, January 24. Tuscarora will meet a Lions team coming off a 42-33 league loss to Middletown (Middletown, MD). The Lions record now stands at 2-12.

The Cadets (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The Hawks enter the MVAL - Piedmont contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Urbana nudged Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD), 74-55, in a league contest.
