Owen Reus

Owen Reus has been named player of the year. "It is an honor to announce Owen Reus as the 2016 Caledonia Fighting Scots varsity player of the year. Owen has been a pleasure to coach and a great asset to this team. He follows a long line of quietly present "lead by example" players we've had in the program. As a sophomore, he is one of our most reliable shut down defenders and can match up with the biggest and the fastest attackmen on opposing teams. This season Owen led the team in ground balls (49) and intercepted passes (11) and added 25 take-aways. We look forward to seeing how he continues to develop over the summer and the athlete we get back next spring."
