Christen Banks has been named player of the year. "Christen Banks is a four year Varsity player as well as a four year Captain. This season she has led the team in Double-Doubles with a total of 18 for the season. Christen also has a weighted 5.0 GPA and sets an amazing example for our team both on and off the court. She had a career high of 35 points in double overtime to carry the team to a victory against Berkley High School. She has had a phenomenal senior year and is Southfield A&T Player of the Year!"
