Darius Jordan has been named player of the year. "Awesome season! He put the team on his shoulders a lot this year and it showed in their improvement from last year. A ton of off-season work showed up on the field. A faster, stronger, taller and better decision maker from last year to this year. He made huge strides in improving as a player and overall is an awesome kid. He plans on playing at the next level and which ever team he chooses to play for will have a quiet gem that will prove a lot of recruiting experts wrong. He's a sleeping giant who is college ready. He will put on a few more pounds of muscle and weight on the next level but his skill set is good enough to win as a true freshman."
