Minnesota High School Basketball - Willmar falls to St. Cloud Tech
The St. Cloud Tech Tigers basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Willmar Cardinals to 65 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Apollo for a Central Lakes contest on Friday, February 26. St. Cloud Tech will meet a Eagles team coming off a 68-54 league win over Alexandria (Alexandria, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 14-9.
The Cardinals (15-7) will now prepare for their contest against Little Falls (Little Falls, MN). The Flyers enter the Central Lakes contest with a 15-7 record. In their last contest, Little Falls ran past Sartell-St. Stephen (Sartell, MN), 55-41, in a league contest.
