Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Dora Falcons (Dora, MO) and the visiting Gainesville Bulldogs (Gainesville, MO), saw Dora's basketball squad hold off Gainesville by a tally of 60-58.

With the victory, Dora improves its record to 8-13 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Lutie (Theodosia, MO) to confront the Indians in a White River challenge on Friday, February 10. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 4-10.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Mansfield Lions (Mansfield, MO) in a Summit challenge, on Friday, February 10. Gainesville will attempt to improve on its 9-15 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 17-6 record after their 56-54 league win over Seymour (Seymour, MO).
