Jackson Fighting Indians (Jackson, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kennett Indians (Kennett, MO), 76-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Jackson upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Fighting Indians travel to Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO) to clash with the Mules in a Southeast Missouri bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Mules go into the bout with a record of 7-7.

Next up, the Indians clash with the Sikeston Bulldogs (Sikeston, MO) in a Southeast Missouri game, on Tuesday, January 9. Kennett will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 12-1 record after their 86-82 league loss to Charleston (Charleston, MO).
