In Friday's league outing, the Enterprise Bulldogs (Enterprise, MS) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Union Yellowjackets (Union, MS), by a margin of 57-33.

The Bulldogs (14-6) will now prepare for their outing against Forest (Forest, MS). The Bearcats go into the 3A Region 5 outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Forest was trounced by Canton (Canton, MS), 49-26, in a non-league outing.

The Yellowjackets now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Southeast Lauderdale for a 3A Region 5 outing on Tuesday, January 11. Union will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 55-27 league win over Clarkdale (Meridian, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 4-6.
