The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Newton County won 58-48 in their recent non-league bout against Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS)

Next up, the Bearcats play the Northeast Lauderdale Trojans (Meridian, MS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 1. Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 58-48 non-league loss to Newton County (Decatur, MS).
