The Grenada Chargers (Grenada, MS) basketball felled the visiting Hernando Tigers (Hernando, MS), 74-60 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Chargers (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Calhoun City (Calhoun City, MS). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 10-0 record. In their last test, Calhoun City defeated Ridgeland (Ridgeland, MS), 57-53, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Cormorant for a 5A Region 1 test on Monday, December 14. Hernando will clash with a squad coming off a 74-72 non-league loss to Lewisburg (Olive Branch, MS). The record now stands at 1-10.
