Morgan Smet has been named player of the year. "Morgan is a 4 year varsity player who started as setter for her last 3 years. She is a positive leader and a smart offensive player. Morgan used a jump float serve to lead off every match for the past 2 years. She served in the low 90% and was second on the team in aces. Morgan is able to put up a set from any place on the court. What she may lack in speed she makes up with skill and good decision-making. She was all-conference for the past 3 years and was selected Conference Player of the Year for 2014. Congratulations Morgan!"
