The Madison Dragons basketball squad scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Winside Wildcats to 37 in the Dragons non-league victory on Tuesday.

With the victory, Madison upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Dragons host Twin River (Genoa, NE) to play the Titans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Twin River lost 58-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Central City (Central City, NE)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Hartington-Newcastle Wildcats (Hartington, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Winside will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 48-42 non-league loss to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NE).
