The Pirates (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NE). The Bees come into the non-league challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Bloomfield was routed by St. Mary's (O'Neill, NE), 77-41, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Madison Dragons (Madison, NE) in a C2 District 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Stanton will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 69-27 non-league win over Neligh-Oakdale (Neligh, NE).
