    Miranda Smith has been named player of the year. "Miranda was the Team MVP voted on by her Teammates at the end of the season. Miranda was a great leader for our team on the floor from her point guard position during games, great leader during practice time, and also a great leader off the court in her action with and toward fellow players. Miranda always stayed upbeat and positive during the season during positive moments and during stressful moments. The coaching staff greatly appreciated the effort we saw from her at all times, and that she is very deserving of MVP status received by the team vote for Miranda."
