Lauren Leapley has been named player of the year. "Lauren Leapley was voted by her teammates as the Gretna Lady Dragons Most Valuable Player this season. Lauren was also selected All Conference by the Eastern Midlands Conference this season. Lauren had a fantastic season and helped guide the Lady Dragons to the state tournament, a District B-1 Championship, and runner-up in the always competitive EMC regular season. Congratulations to Lauren Leapley."
