The St. Edward Beavers held off the visiting Santee Warriors volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Friday's non-league test.

The Beavers now have a 3-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heartland Lutheran for a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 15. St. Edward will battle a Red Hornets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Harvard (Harvard, NE). The Red Hornets record now stands at 9-13.

With the loss, Santee moves to 2-17 on the year. The Warriors travel to Wausa (Wausa, NE) to battle the Vikings in a non-league contest on Monday, October 14. The Vikings go into the contest with a record of 6-15. Wausa lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Winside (Winside, NE)
