Armani Owens continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 14 rebounds. The contest was her 15th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aaliyah (AJ) Jones , who scored eight points along with nine assists and six rebounds.
Garey is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Edgewood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-7.

As for Edgewood, they will head out on the road to face off against Bassett at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. Bassett comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 16 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
