LiAngelo Ball goes for 65 points – seven below his season high

UCLA-bound senior is piling up the points this season.

The points continue to come in bunches for Chino Hills (Calif.) senior LiAngelo Ball.

The 6-foot-5 guard scored 65 points Monday night as the No. 2-ranked Huskies opened the Rancho Mirage Holiday Invitational with a 131-100 win over Foothill (Henderson, Nev.).
Ball went for 56 and 72 points, respectively, in back-to-back games earlier this season. He averaged over 27 per game as a junior for the undefeated section, state and national champions.

Chino Hills (12-0) has won 47 games in a row. The Huskies are averaging 98 points per game through 12 outings this season.

Following in the footsteps of older brother Lonzo, LiAngelo will play at UCLA next season.
