 Milford's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Connor Adams, who picked up 98 receiving yards and two  scores. Adams was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 50 yards.  Zane Wittstruck handled things on the ground, rushing for 99 yards.
As for Aurora, the  win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-3. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 20  points or more this season.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Aurora to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Wyatt Pollet, who rushed for 172 yards and a pair of  TDs while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. With that strong performance,  Pollet is now averaging an impressive 106.6  rushing yards per game.  Ian Jensen was another key player, rushing for 174 yards and one  touchdown while picking up 8.3 yards per carry.

Meanwhile, Aurora is set to  challenge  their familiar foe Central City  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 923 yards in their previous games.
