With a playoff win on the line, Shadow Hills rose to the challenge on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Arroyo Valley Hawks, sneaking past 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Shadow Hills' win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Nicholas Rodriquez, who went 2-for-3 with one triple and one RBI. Ernesto Ibarra was another, going 2-for-4 with one triple.

Shadow Hills' victory bumped their record up to 14-15. As for Arroyo Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-9.

As of now, neither Shadow Hills nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
