Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Clara Steinberg, who scored 35 points. That was a full 63.6% of Eisenhower's points, marking the ninth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Lainey Font, who scored 17 points.
Girard's win ended a eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-12. As for Eisenhower, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
Girard took a serious blow against the Knights in their previous matchup back in January, falling 57-16.
