The win got Duluth East back to even at 4-4. Hibbing's loss makes it four in a row and drags their record down to 3-5.
Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Duluth East will stay at home on Tuesday against Andover at 6:00 PM. Andover are limping into the match on a three-game losing streak. As for Hibbing, they will go up against Denfeld.
