Foothill has gone a perfect 8-0 against College Park recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Foothill will be playing in front of their home fans against College Park at 3:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Foothill is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-4 margin over Washington.

Grant Hoenninger and Brik Hansen dominated on the mound. Hoenninger tossed three innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits, while Hansen tossed three innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. What's more, Hoenninger posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2025.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on George Schmitt, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Eli Davidson, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
Foothill was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .440. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Washington only posted a batting average of .227.
Meanwhile, College Park had just enough and edged out St. Mary's 4-3 on Wednesday.
Sebastian Alvarez tossed a big game, striking out six batters over 5.1 innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits.
On the hitting side, College Park saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Carpenter, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run. TJ Reinhart was another, going 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
Foothill skirted past College Park 1-0 when the teams last played back in February of 2025. Will Foothill repeat their success, or does College Park has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
