The Silverado Hawks and the Claremont Wolfpack will face off at 10:30 a.m. on December 28th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in California (Silverado is ranked 138th, while Claremont is ranked 153rd).
Silverado scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They came out on top against Rowland by a score of 71-63. The victory was just what Silverado needed coming off of a 78-41 loss in their prior matchup.
Elizabeth Udeze continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 29 points. That makes it 13 consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Silverado's points. Belinda Rincon was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Meanwhile, Claremont came up short against Moreno Valley on Wednesday and fell 44-34.
Silverado is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Claremont, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5.
