Kimball's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sierra Tuliau, who scored 15 points along with three steals. The match was Tuliau's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Emma Coronado was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Kimball pushed their record up to 9-3 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points per game. As for Freedom, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.
Kimball will be playing in front of their home fans against Sierra at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sierra is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games. Freedom will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Mission San Jose at 7:00 p.m. on January 5th.
